SUPPORTING - Missionaries and Church Planters

NLM does not just send prepared ministers of the God... we also support them by constructing homes and parsonages and churches; providing ministry vehicles; Bibles, and study materials; computers and as able... financially.  God is in control of all of this.  We have seen the faith of our ministers grow and grow as they seek the Lord to provide for them... not Americans.  God places on our hearts and the hearts of others the prayer requests of our missionaries and church plant missionaries.  We praise God that they understand that there is to be no asking of us... it must be that they ask of God.  He will make their needs known.

  Molino (corn grinder) provides extra income for Senen and Bernardita but also a means for contact with the women of the village who come to grind their corn into masa (prepared meal to make tortillas).

Senen and Berna are now able to minister to the elderly who have been abandoned by family and live lone high in the mountains and difficult to access.  They can now bring meals and wood for cooking in the truck.  The two missionary AMEN!  The people there do not care about the elderly.  There are no homes nor facilities to care for them. 

The government provides quarterly stipends to them to help them financially but they must be present at the meetings to receive their stipend.  If homebound, they will not receive the funds.  They must wait at the village center all day long, listen to lessons on health from a visiting doctor and then they can go home.
